Kbk Double Beam Suspension Monorail Crane uses a modular design to replace the traditional concept of a complete machine design. The basic components of the double beam flexible kbk crane crane function are made to have multiple uses, with the same connection elements and interchangeable standard modules.According to needs, the KBK flexible suspension crane can be composed of single-girder suspension cranes, double-girder suspension cranes, cantilever cranes, light gantry cranes. KBK modular crane system can also form large-scale automated material handling systems with safe lifting ranges from 100 kg to 5000 kg. Lightweight and flexible modular cranes can be operated manually, as well as automatic and semi-automatic operation.The lightweight and flexible modular crane system is easy to install and easy to maintain.Each standard module can be used only by bolting.

Processing
We posses various equipments for processing including: machining, milling, planning and grinding and etc.
All of our machine will be tested before delivery. We have perfect quality assurance system, full strict management, and advanced inspection method in order to ensure high quality product.
Packing and delivery
♦ Electric parts are packed by high quality plywood crate, to reduce distortion in conveying.
♦ Main beams, end beams and trolly/winch are packed by plastic woven cloth. It can reduce abrasion during the transportation.
♦ If the size are suitable for container ship, usually by container.
♦ Big size, usually by bulk ship or by container after truncation.
♦ Transport ways are based on reducing cost & keep safety.
